i have found when i meditate for more than 1 hour that spiritual experiences increase greatly.

they have been very enlightening. however now i do feel we are in perilous times where the free will must be used to apply with proper guidance connections towards god realization. this message to me seems to be the end goal to all life, especially human life.

by selfless service, meditation, other tools one can attain a gleaning of what i speak and cultivate to achieve a peace without words.
